The Residential-Lights.com Web site may contain links to other Web sites. Although we do not provide any personally identifiable information to these companies, we cannot guarantee your privacy once you leave the Residential-Lights.com Web site.          

Billing & Delivery Addresses

Any order with a shipping address that is a different physical location from the billing address will require a copy of the front and back of the credit card to be faxed or emailed prior to the order being processed.  Otherwise, we will ship to the billing address.  This policy is to protect the cardholder as well as Residential-Lights.com from fraudulent charges. 

Payment Options

Residential-Lights.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards, Paypal, Bank wire transfers and Money Orders on all website orders. Cash payment is accepted at our showrooms only.  If sending a Money Order please submit your order on our website and include the order number with your payment.  

Credit Card payments are processed at the time the order is placed.  Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Orders shipped direct from manufacturers may take longer than orders shipped from our warehouse. Made to order products, shipped direct from manufacturers, may take up to 7-14 days to ship.

Pricing Policy

Residential-Lights.com offers customers the lowest price possible on all products.  If you should find an exact item from a competitor at a lower price, Residential-Lights.com will match their price.  We will require documentation of the lower price.
